1. Development of Synthetic Methodologies for Heteroleptic Coordination Self-Assembly

2026-02-27

This direction focuses on overcoming the fundamental challenge of structural control in multi-ligand systems. The core is the establishment of the original "multidentate heteroleptic synergistic self-assembly" strategy, which uses the "pyridine-Pt-carboxylate" coordination mode as a building block. Its goal is to achieve the predictable and controlled synthesis of structurally well-defined heteroleptic assemblies, ranging from model systems to complex, large-scale topological structures (e.g., giant truncated-octahedral cages, multi-cavity ladders, mechanically interlocked molecules). This lays the essential material foundation for all subsequent functional studies.
